Full day of music performances, spoken word/readings, an art pop-up, book sale, and workshops. Kim will read poems at 2:00 pm. Other performers include Air Voxx, Boy Meets Pearl, Christine Paluch, Natalie E. Illum, Novparolo, Pearie Sol, Safety Bear, Té, That Big Cloud, and TL0741.
Tickets $20-$40 (sliding scale). Proceeds benefit Queering Sound, a volunteer-driven multifaceted arts festival of LGBTQIA+ artists/allies held annually in May or June. We also gather to celebrate Rhizome DC, a nonprofit community arts space and creative incubator closing at the end of 2023.
